For the last twenty years our business was affiliated with the largest Sharp copier sales and service dealer in the Salt Lake area. In the fall of 2004 we were again in the market to replace our existing machines. At that time we chose to check out other copiers and other service providers.

Our Sharp digital copier was executing curvilinear print quality. One of the largest Sharp dealers in the valley was the current service provider for that machine. They were failing to perform to our expectations.
I called Ability Business Solutions for a second opinion. They advised me over the phone that the lack of an error code lead them to conclude a laser unit was not necessary. They promptly came to our business and fixed the minor malfunction.
